My name is Cheyenne McElhiney, Owner, LPC
Are you a teenage or adult woman struggling with anxiety, panic, the impact of trauma or chronic stress and feel like traditional talk therapy hasn't worked for you? Do you need practical tools to help you manage overwhelming emotions and take back control of your life? I get it, I've been there too. Some of the symptoms my clients (and myself) have experienced are excessive worry, difficulty calming down or finding safety in their body, difficulty regulating their emotions, difficulty identifying and expressing needs / boundaries and burnout from people pleasing / care-taking.
I am an EMDR and trauma-informed therapist that takes a personalized approach to treating symptoms at the root. EMDR helps us eradicate symptoms by working with our brain's natural ability to process and return to our innate sense of safety, connection and peace. My approach is client lead which builds agency as you begin to take back your life.

My name is Elizabeth Scott, LPC-A
Are you feeling overwhelmed by your child’s emotional outbursts, anxiety, behavioral challenges, school avoidance, or difficulty with peer relationships? I work with children, adolescents, and families navigating ADHD, emotional dysregulation, family stressors, and daily routines that feel exhausting or unmanageable. Many families come to therapy seeking support, connection, and effective tools to help their child thrive emotionally, socially, and academically while restoring balance within the home.
With over 15 years of experience working with toddlers through teens in educational, crisis, and therapeutic settings, I provide a holistic and empathetic approach that treats the whole child. I help children ages 5-18 build confidence, coping skills, communication, and emotional awareness.
Watching your child struggle can feel heartbreaking and isolating, but children are incredibly resilient with the right support. My goal is to help families feel understood, empowered, and hopeful while guiding children toward greater emotional balance and confidence. You do not have to navigate this journey alone.
My name is Abbey Baldarelli, LMSW

I have experience working with adolescents, adults and families going through life changing transitions and active crises. I utilize a trauma - informed approach (EMDR) with a family systems understanding in order to better understand the uniqueness of the client while helping the client finally heal from trauma / chronically dysregulated nervous system.
I join my clients in a journey to help them feel safe and empowered to make changes / heal themselves. My empathetic and caring approach helps build rapport and make clients feel comfortable sharing their vulnerabilities and traumatic experiences.
