Are you a teenage or adult woman struggling with anxiety, panic, the impact of trauma or chronic stress and feel like traditional talk therapy hasn't worked for you? Do you need practical tools to help you manage overwhelming emotions and take back control of your life? I get it, I've been there too. Some of the symptoms my clients (and myself) have experienced are excessive worry, difficulty calming down or finding safety in their body, difficulty regulating their emotions, difficulty identifying and expressing needs / boundaries and burnout from people pleasing / care-taking.
I am an EMDR and trauma-informed therapist that takes a personalized approach to treating symptoms at the root. EMDR helps us eradicate symptoms by working with our brain's natural ability to process and return to our innate sense of safety, connection and peace. My approach is client lead which builds agency as you begin to take back your life.
Does any of this sound like what you too are struggling with and what you may need to live your best life? I've healed my chronic anxiety using these powerful tools and the biggest wisdom I received is that we're not meant to heal alone. Let's work together so you can finally find relief and begin living the life that you were meant to live!

With my experience as a mobile crisis clinician, the spouse of a first responder and experience in a municipal police department, I recognize the unique challenges associated with working in crisis situations and the impact that can have on us. First responders, active military, and veterans often struggle to balance work related stressors while attempting to remain connected to those closest to them. I honor the courage that it takes to make the first step in strengthening your mental health. Through trauma informed therapy like EMDR, we can promote positive change while acknowledging the demands and sacrifices of the job.
Do you find yourself struggling to maintain a work-life balance, remaining present with your family and spouse, struggling to manage stress, dealing with addiction, anxiety or depression? Maybe you just feel like no one understands? As your therapist, I can provide a safe, supportive, and confidential place for you to have a voice.
Does any of this sound like what you too are struggling with? The biggest wisdom I received from working with people like yourself if that we're not meant to heal alone. Let's work together so you can finally find your voice and reconnect with what matters most!

Are you carrying stories in your body that feel too heavy to hold alone? Whether you're navigating the aftermath of trauma, living with anxiety or depression, or seeking to reconnect with yourself, you don’t have to do it on your own. My clients are often looking to feel more grounded, less overwhelmed, and more whole. You may want to feel like yourself again—or discover what that means for the first time.
My work is client-centered, relational, and grounded in somatic awareness. A typical treatment plan may involve building safety and trust, reconnecting with your body and emotions, exploring creative expression, and processing past experiences. Over time, many clients experience more clarity, resilience, and a greater sense of ease and self-compassion.
Healing doesn’t always begin with words. Sometimes it starts with presence, curiosity, and the courage to be witnessed. Wherever you are on your path, I welcome you.
